Periscope Search Group is a boutique contingency search firm placing senior leaders in technology and marketing-driven organizations across North America. After more than 15 years in senior search, the firm now runs on an AI-powered stack and is adding a full-time recruiter to the desk.

This is a full 360 seat. You'll run live searches from day one: intake, sourcing, screening, submission, offer, and the 90-day check. Alongside that you'll build your own client book, opening new conversations, running intake calls, and growing into owning accounts from first call to placement. JobAdder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and an AI-driven automation layer take the admin off your desk.

Built for a recruiter with 5+ years on a full agency desk who works the phone, writes well, and has billed remotely without day-to-day oversight. You'll work directly with the President, on a base salary plus uncapped commission, with the scorecard in writing before you accept.
